How to Access Dashboards

Get a complete visual overview of your academy's sales, student and staff activity with Classcard's dashboards.

Classcard’s dashboards gives you a visual overview of your academy activity, all in one place.

To access dashboards, navigate to the Reports main menu on the left side of the screen.

The following dashboards are available under the Reports main menu:

On each dashboard, you can filter the time range for which you wish to see the dashboard statistics. Simply click on the Calendar icon on the top right and select the range from the drop-down menu.

Sales Dashboard

The Sales dashboard provides a visual snapshot of all sales activity on your account.

On your Sales Dashboard, you can view:

  • The total Invoiced amount i.e. net total billing value during the chosen period

  • The total Collections i.e the total payments received during the period

  • The total number of Students invoiced during the period

  • Top subjects i.e. the subjects ranked by estimated billing value.

  • Top packages i.e. the packages ranked by estimated billing value.

  • Top spenders i.e. highest paying students during the period.

  • The estimated volume of the total invoices by status (issued, paid, overdue, etc.).

  • Average invoice value i.e. the total invoice value divided by invoiced students.


Staff Dashboard

The Staff dashboard provides a visual overview of all staff activity on your account.

On the Staff dashboard, you can view:

  • Staff billing leaders i.e. staff ranked by the total invoiced value generated.

  • Attendance performance i.e. staff sorted by their average class attendance percentage.

  • Class occupancy i.e. how full each staff member’s classes typically are.

  • Classes by staff i.e. how classes are distributed across staff members, helping identify workload balance and scheduling gaps.

  • Highest class count i.e. a list of staff with the highest number of classes in calendar.

  • Classes by period i.e. hourly distribution of classes to understand peak teaching windows and scheduling density.


Student Dashboard

The Student dashboard provides a visual overview of all student activity on your account.

On the Student dashboard, you can view:

  • The total number of Students invoiced during this period.

  • The number of Active students on your schedule.

  • Top attendees i.e. the present percentages of students during the period.

  • Attendance i.e. overall present percentages during the period.

  • Non-renewals i.e students not invoiced in the current period versus the previous period.

  • Returning students i.e. students invoiced in the current as well as the previous period.

  • Top subjects by attendance i.e. subjects attended most by students.

  • Top locations by attendance i.e. class locations attended most by students.


Branch Dashboard

Incase you have multiple branches of your academy on Classcard, you can view a summary of the respective branch activity on the Branch dashboard.

  • Sales: The total sales and total collections of your branches.

  • Students: The total number of students and the number of active students, branch-wise.

  • Staff: The number of staff members and class occupancy in each of the branches.

Clicking on each of the respective rows (Sales, Students and Staff) leads you to the respective dashboards.
