Email Alerts for Staff & Students

Customize notifications by category for students and staff with clear toggles and recipient visibility.

Easily manage email alerts sent to staff and students.

Navigate to the Alerts section in the Settings menu. Here, you'll see the alerts divided into two different tabs: one for Students and the other for Staff.

Student

Manage all student email alerts effortlessly on this tab. The categories are segmented into sections, providing the flexibility to toggle specific alerts and ensure students receive the relevant emails.

The categories

  1. Login - Grant access to your customer portal

  2. Calendar - Alerts for actions on the calendar

  3. Attendance - Alerts for all matters related to class and student attendance

  4. Invoicing - Notifications for matters about student billing

  5. Online booking (on by default) - Alerts on confirmation of receiving online bookings from students and leads

  6. Form submissions - Alerts on form submission by students and leads

  7. Resources - Alerts on resources shared with students

  8. Gradebook - Alerts on student grades


Staff

Efficiently handle all staff email alerts through this tab. The primary categories are organized into sections, allowing you to customize and toggle specific alerts, ensuring that staff members receive only the most relevant emails.

After toggling, the recipients of the alerts will be displayed, specifying whether they are sent to the Owner, Admin, Front office, Teacher, Teaching assistant, or Sales.

The categories

  1. Login - Grant access to your dashboard

  2. Calendar - Alerts for actions on the calendar

  3. Attendance - Alerts for all matters related to class and student attendance

  4. Invoicing - Notifications for matters about student billing / Alerts on matters related to student invoice management

  5. Online booking - Alerts on confirmation of receiving online bookings from students and leads

  6. Form submissions - Alerts on form submission by students and leads

  7. Resources - Alerts on resources shared with staff

  8. Gradebook - Alerts on student grades

  9. Leads - Alerts for leads and their won stages for staff members

  10. Tasks (on by default) - Alerts on lead and student tasks

  11. Leave request (on by default) - Email requesting approval whenever a staff member applies for a leave

💡 The 'all' specification for owners and admins implies that they will be notified about all events, classes, bookings, resources, and gradebooks, while other staff members will only receive alerts to their respective events, classes, bookings, resources, and gradebooks.
