If you need to reset the password for one of your staff members, simply follow the easy steps outlined below:
For the owner
Click on the People menu located on the left side of your screen, and then choose Staff to navigate to the staff list.
To Reset the Password, click on the row that corresponds to the respective staff member.
In the staff member’s profile, click on the Actions button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the Reset Password option, and an email will be sent to the staff member’s registered email address for resetting the password.
For the staff member
Alternatively, a staff member can reset their own password.
On the login page of Classcard, click on Forgot your password? option.
Enter your Registered Email Address to get the process of resetting your password.
Then click on the Set Password button, and the email is sent!
