If any of your students require a password reset, simply refer to the steps below for a quick and simple solution:
Send reset password link individually
Locate the People menu situated on the left-hand side of your screen and select it to access the default students page.
To Reset the Password, click on any row that corresponds to that student.
In the student’s profile, click on the Actions button situated in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the Reset Password option, and an email will be sent to the student’s registered email address with the process of resetting the password.
Mass email password reset links
You may want to send password reset links to any new students who have joined your academy, so they can log in to their student profile and set it up.
On the Students tab in the People menu, click on the checkboxes to the left of the student names to select the students you want to mail the student forms to.
You can also choose a particular student segment from the 'All Students' drop-down menu and then select the students within the segment.
Click on the Lock icon. The reset password email will be sent to the selected students.
How students can reset password
It is also possible for a student to reset their password on their own.
On the Classcard sign-in page, click on Forgot your password? option.
Enter the Registered Email Address to receive instructions for resetting your password.
Then click on the Set Password button, and the email is sent!
