How a Student Can Initiate, View and Reply to Chats

Navigate and click on your ‘profile name’ in the top right corner of your screen.

Scroll down and click on the Profile tab. Then on the left side of the screen, click on the Chat option.

You can see all chats initiated by a staff member that you’re part of. Click on a specific chat, type your message, and hit the Send button.

You can initiate a new chat by clicking on the +New button. You can even navigate between All, Read and Unread tabs by switching between the respective tabs.

On the home screen of the online booking page, select the Chat tab at the bottom centre of your screen.
