Integrate Zoom with Classcard
Step 1: Create a General App on Zoom Marketplace
Visit Zoom Marketplace and log in with your admin account.
On the main screen, navigate to the Develop drop-down button and click on Build App.
In the pop-up "What kind of app are you creating?", select General App and click Create.
Step 2: Configure OAuth Settings (Development)
On the Basic Information page, under Select how the app is managed, select Admin-managed and click Save.
Scroll down to OAuth Information, and under the OAuth Redirect URL field. Copy and paste the URL below:
Scroll down further and click Add Allow List. Add the following three URLs one by one:
Once done, scroll down and click Continue.
Step 3: Enable Event Subscription
On the Access page, enable the Event Subscription toggle and click Continue.
Step 4: Add Scopes
Navigate to Scopes from the menu on the left of the page. Click on Add Scopes. In the pop-up, under the Recording tab, click on Select All and choose the option Select All (All). Do the same under the Meeting and User tabs.
Click the Done button.
Step 5: Add Scope Descriptions
Scroll to the very bottom of the Scopes page until you see the Scope Description section. Copy and paste the following descriptions:
Ability to create and view meetings for all users
Ability to view and share meeting recordings with stakeholders
Ability to view and list users to create a user map on Classcard
Click Continue.
Step 6: Switch to Production Tab
Move on the Production tab at the top of the page.
Under Developer Contact Information, enter the following:
Name: Anuj Chhabria
Email: [email protected]
Set the app as Admin-managed.
Scroll down to the OAuth Redirect URL field and paste the following URL:
Click Continue.
Step 7: Complete App Listing
Click on App Listing from the left-side menu.
Under App Name, enter Classcard.
Under Company Name, enter your institution/academy name.
Scroll down to Short Description and paste:
Create meeting URLs on Zoom via Classcard
In the Long Description field, paste:
The app enables [your institution name] to create schedules via Classcard and generate meeting links for each class. Class recordings can also be made available via Classcard.
Scroll down further to Categorize Your App and select:
Marketplace Category: Learning & Development
Industry Vertical: Education
Market Segment: Enterprise
Line of Business: Product
Click Continue.
Step 8: Share Credentials with Classcard
Click on Beta Test from the left-side menu.
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret (found in the App Credentials box at the top left of the screen) and share them with your Classcard account manager.
Step 9: Authorize the Integration
Your account manager will share an authorization link with you. Paste the link in your browser and press Enter.
On the authorization and permissions page, click Allow.
Calendar Sync
Once authorized, navigate to the Classcard dashboard. Under the Integrations main menu > Video > Zoom, you will see the Zoom settings on your Classcard interface.
Only the Classcard owner or an admin with access privileges can link their Zoom account by navigating to Integrations > Zoom. If the Zoom account includes multiple users, the Classcard owner can assign which Classcard calendars will generate meetings for specific Zoom users.
Enable the Zoom settings preferred by your team.
Map your Classcard staff members with the corresponding Zoom users.
β οΈ To link multiple Zoom users in Classcard, you must first create those users directly in Zoom.

Usage
When creating a new class, scroll down to the Location section and select Zoom from the drop-down. The system will automatically generate a Zoom meeting link corresponding to the respective staff member selected for the class.
The student will get a reminder about the event and can easily access the online classroom by clicking "Join" from the Calendar or "Join Class" from the email.
You can also send the student's link directly by navigating to the class on the calendar, clicking on it, selecting the three dots next to the location info, and choosing the Copy student link option.
Disconnecting Your Zoom Account from Classcard
Step 1: Head over to the Integrations main menu option in your Classcard account, and click on Zoom.
Step 2: Click the Uninstall button.
