Enroll leads while creating a class or even during an ongoing class with these easy steps.
On the Web
While creating a class
Once you have added all the necessary details to create a class, under the Register section, click on the Trials section. Search and select the desired lead from the drop-down menu.
For an existing class
On the Calendar, click on any class that you would want to enroll leads into.
Under the Register section, click on the Leads heading. Search and select the desired lead from the drop-down menu.
The registering steps
After searching for the lead’s name, click on the Trial button and the lead will be enrolled into the respective class.
Click on the Close button situated below after enrolling the lead(s) for the class.
💡 If you have leads who have already been enrolled in sessions before being invoiced, you can later return to the particular class and 'Check for invoice' beside their name and link the relevant invoice to that student.
On the Staff App
1. Follow the steps for creating a class on the Staff App. After entering the relevant information, click on Save and continue in the top right corner.
2. On the next screen, under the Register heading, head to the Trials tab. You can search for and enroll existing leads in the class. You can also add and enroll a new lead by clicking on the +New button, entering the relevant details and clicking on Add.
💡 You can also search for and enroll an existing lead under the Waitlist tab. To add and enroll a new lead, click on the +New button, select Lead, and click on Add. Enter the relevant details and click on Add.
3. Click on Done at the top right corner, your newly created class with the enrolled leads will be reflected on the Calendar.
