Adding Grades

Add grades for tests - set details, select students, assign grades, publish results for easy evaluation.

How to add a grade

  1. Navigate to the Gradebook main menu on the left side of the screen.

  2. On the All Grades page, click the Add grades button on the top right side of the screen.

  3. On the page that opens, select the Subject for which you wish to grade the student, from the drop-down menu.

  4. Under 'Skills', click on + Add skill. On the pop-up, select the Skills you wish you add by checking the box next to the respective skill. After selecting the necessary skills, click on Select (no.) skills. The skills will be displayed with relevant details, which can be edited if needed.

  5. The Gradebook scale will appear automatically based on the 'Default grade' scale you selected while creating a skill track.

  6. From the drop-down options, choose the type of test you are grading under Type, and add a Description (both these steps are optional).

  7. Select additional Gradebook staff from the drop-down menu. Then, you may change the Gradebook date by clicking on the Calendar icon.

  8. Click on Save grade details on the top right.

  9. On the following page, search for the student or batch whom you wish to assign the grades to, and click on Proceed to adding grades on the top left.

  10. The grading page opens. You can now enter the necessary grades and click on Publish.
