Classcard provides the option to add resources and files such as PDFs, documents, video links, and more with these simple steps:

On the Dashboard

1. Navigate to the Resources menu on the left side of the screen, and click on Add a file on the All files screen.

2. In the File Type option, you can either:

  • Embed - Enter a URL for YouTube videos and larger file links in the Embed option.

  • Upload - Click on Upload to choose files from your device.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Use the 'embed' option to share videos hosted on external platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

3. Add the File Name, along with Tags that identify your file or subject, and an optional Description.
4. Finally, you may add students/staff to share the file by selecting the Share with option and then clicking Save.
