Permit students to cancel their booking for a session before a set cut-off time.
To enable this option, follow these simple steps:
Navigate to the Online bookings menu and click on Settings under Setup.
Click on the Preferences tab and scroll to the Session redemption and class cancellations section.
⚠️ This option is only allowed if you enable the online session redemption option. So, make sure to select the same if you want class cancellation enabled.
3. Click on the second checkbox to enable the option for class cancellation. Next, select the Value and Type from the drop-down menu. This enables the duration before which a student can cancel a session.
For example,
If you select '30' from the Value and 'Minutes' from the Type options, the student will be able to cancel a session only prior to 30 minutes before the session commences.
If you select '2' from the Value and 'Days' from the Type option, then the student will be able to cancel a session only before 2 days of session commencement.
Then click Save.
