Setting Up Your Organization

Set up your organization: fill in business details, add student IDs, select currency and taxes, input address, and set working hours.

Add the general details of your business

After signing up for Classcard, navigate to the Settings main menu on the bottom left. Here, fill out the General Details of your business.

  1. You can add your Business/Organization Name along with a Logo.

  2. Add your business Email and Phone Number (this will be visible on your online booking page contact information).

  3. Finally, include your Official Website Address and click save.


Add student IDs

Adding student IDs
  1. To differentiate between students, add Prefixes to their Student IDs by selecting the "Student ID Prefix" option.

  2. The student IDs will appear as #1, #2, #3, and so on. Then, click save.

Choose how to record attendance

  • From the two options, select whether you would like to record attendance manually for each class (Manual) or automatically mark everyone registered as Present (Auto check-in present).


Add a currency

  • From the drop-down menu, select the Currency of the country you operate in, or the currency in which you want your product/class to be sold.


Add the address of your business

  1. Scrolling down, select the Country your business is set in from the drop-down options.

  2. Enter the Street Address, City, State, and Postal Code.

  3. Lastly, you can also enter the business's location URL.

Set up working days and timings

Working hours
  1. Under Timings and calendar, set the Time Zone in which your business operates from the drop-down options. This is an important step because it simplifies conducting business within a standardized time zone.

  2. Next, select the Day that your Week Starts on (i.e. the day of the week which your business week starts on)

  3. Finally, set your operating hours by selecting the Operation start time and Operation close time, which denote your working hours (i.e. the opening time and closing time of your business day). Once done, click Save.


Set the start of the fiscal year

  • From the drop-down, select the month in which the fiscal year for your organization begins and click Save.
