Collaborate on tasks effectively by recording activities such as adding notes and assigning tasks for a lead, ensuring seamless communication and task management for your team.
Adding Lead Notes
On the lead’s profile page, you can add a New note in the text field. You can mention team members on notes and activities using '@' followed by their name, and they will be notified by email.
Then, after writing a note, save it by clicking on the Add note button.
Adding Lead Tasks
You can also assign tasks to team members in the Create Task tab.
Write down the task in the text field, then assign the task to a team member from the drop-down options.
Select the Due date and Time and click on the Add Task button and you’re done!
Classcard will remind the staff member to take the necessary action on the task date.
