Updating Terms and Conditions

Add terms and conditions and optional notes to sign-up forms, making signature input required for smooth online bookings.

You can set up terms and conditions on your sign-up form your online booking page by following these simple steps.

The T&C checkbox

  1. Navigate to the People menu, and click on Student form under Setup.

  2. While customizing a student form, scroll down to the heading Terms and Conditions.

  3. Click on the check box named Display as hyperlink text to a checkbox that a student must accept. Paste a link of your T&Cs.


Add a note (Optional)

Under the heading Note, type in a small description/note imploring to tick the T&C button.



Make signature a required input

  1. Hovering over the Signature section, click on the Settings icon.

  2. Toggle the Required input button.

  3. You can also change the Label name that is displayed on the form.
