Common workflow examples

Below are some ways you can use workflows to automate tasks:

Set up an automated email to receive feedback from students once a class is completed

1. Configurations tab

  • Add your Automation name. For example, "Class Feedback"

  • Choose the Attendance marked trigger from the drop-down menu and select a delay of 15 minutes.

2. Select an Action

Send an Email
a. The To field will automatically populate with the email address of the student or lead.
b. The Reply to field will default to the owner's email but can be changed if needed.
c. Add an Email subject. For example, "Give us your feedback.”
d. Customize the Email content. For instance:

Dear [Student name],`
We care about your learning experience and would love to hear your thoughts on today's class.
Please take a moment to provide your feedback. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve.

Send parking instructions when students book classes for a particular location


1. Configurations tab

  • Add your Automation name. For example, "Parking Instructions for Location A"

  • Choose the Online booking successful trigger from the drop-down menu select the filter: Where location is Location A.

2. Select an Action

  • Send an Email
    a. The To field will automatically populate with the email address of the student or lead.
    b. The Reply to field will default to the owner's email but can be changed if needed.
    c. Add an Email subject. For example, "Parking Instructions for your upcoming class”
    d. Customize the Email content. For instance:

Dear [Student name],`
Thank you for booking with us! As you prepare for you upcoming class, we wanted to provide you with important information regarding parking arrangements to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

1. Please refer to the attached map for precise directions and landmarks.
2. The parking lot will be open from 8am to 11pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the class starts to allow time for parking and walking to the venue.
3. For students requiring accessible parking, spaces are available near the main entrance. Please display your accessible parking permit visibly on your vehicle.

​Add a task for the salesperson when a lead finishes their trial

1. Configurations tab

  • Add your Automation name. For example, "Sales Assignment"

  • Choose the Attendance marked trigger from the drop-down menu select the filter: Where Attendee type is Lead.

2. Select an Action


a. Create a task
Add task details, Assign to, Due date and time.


Welcome email to new students

  1. Configurations tab

  • Add your Automation name. For example, "Welcome email to leads"
    Choose the Student added trigger from the drop-down menu.

  • Send an Email


    a. The To field will automatically populate with the email address of the student or lead.
    b. The Reply to field will default to the owner's email but can be changed if needed.
    c. Add an Email subject. For example, "Parking Instructions for your upcoming class”
    d. Customize the Email content.
