Easily send bulk email payment reminders and combine invoices into a single transaction for better financial management and tracking.

Follow the below steps to easily send bulk email payment reminders and bulk select invoices to combine into a single transaction for effective financial management.

Bulk email payment reminders

Navigate to the Billing main menu and on the ‘All invoices’ page,

1. You can either search or refine issued or overdue invoices by clicking on the tag icon 🏷️ to filter the results.
2. Select the checkboxes next to the invoices you'd like to send a bulk payment reminder email for.
3. Next, click on the Email payment reminder button at the top and that’s it!

The email payment reminders will be sent respectively.

💡 Set up automated payment reminders under Settings > Alerts > Student > Payment Reminder.


Single payment link for invoices

Navigate to the Billing main menu and on the ‘All invoices’ page,

1. Select the checkboxes next to the invoices you'd like to combine the transactions for.
2. Click on the Payment link button at the top and the payment link will be copied to your clipboard for you to share with the students or parents easily.
